John Garner, President

Education: Northeastern University, BS Computer Engineering

IT industry experience since: 1997

John established iMedia Technology in 1998.  The Barnstable-based company provides computer network design, implementation, and support services, to a variety of SMB’s on the Cape and southeastern MA.   Prior to forming iMedia, John worked in research and development for Lasertron of Burlington, MA.  He has also held engineering positions at Alpha Industries (SkyWorks), Woburn, MA.  John holds a B.S. from Northeastern University in Computer Engineering and received his Microsoft and Novell training and certification from Boston University.

Education: Gordon College, B.S. in Economics, B.S. in Business Administration

Gretchen is organized, methodical, and excels at seeing tasks brought through to completion. Her excellent project management skills have been instrumental in the various document management solutions she has implemented. Our clients appreciate her ability to evaluate business processes and to find solutions or make recommendations to improve process flow.

Roland is a knowledgeable and talented technologist who can analyze any technical situation, devise a solution, and execute it. Seth has worked in IT since 2000, providing user support in diverse institutional environments.  As the go-to person, Seth prides himself in providing quick resolution to those who seek assistance.  Seth focuses on end user support and Windows network administration.
